Video consults

Virtual visits, booked like any other appointment

Run a video consultation from Cliniweb in your web browser. The patient joins from a link on their phone or computer, and you write the note, the script and the sick note in the same record.

How it works

No app for you or the patient

Book it

A virtual visit is an appointment.

  • Set it up in Cliniweb for the patient’s appointment
  • Or let patients book virtual slots you set for online booking
  • Patients booking online acknowledge that the visit will be billed

Join it

Both sides join in the browser.

  • The patient gets a private link for the visit
  • No app to download and no account to create
  • The link stops working an hour after the visit

Finish it

Everything after the call happens in the record.

  • Consult notes, ICD-10 codes and billing
  • e-Scripts and sick notes sent on WhatsApp or email
  • Lab requests and referral letters
