Is Cliniweb a practice management system or an EHR?
Both. Cliniweb is an electronic health record and a practice management system in one, covering clinical notes, prescribing, lab results, scheduling, billing, medical-aid claims and patient messaging.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Cliniweb runs in your web browser on a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone. We handle hosting, backups and updates.
Is it suitable for a practice with several doctors?
Yes. Cliniweb supports several providers with their own schedules, and every staff member has their own login with role-based access.
Who built Cliniweb?
Cliniweb is built by Arokiam (Pty) Ltd, a South African company, and has been used in GP practices since 2010. GPs designed it for their own practices.
